Two hit-and-run drivers kills man.

43 year old Lalchan was killed on yesterday at 2:30 in the morning at South Ozone Park, Queens.
He was crossing 115th Ave by 131st Street after leaving a party, when he mistakenly fell.
Lalchan did not get up after he fell, and seconds later a car drove over him. Two minutes after that, a second car rolled over him.
