Unknown man on top of VTA delays light Rail Service in San Jose

Early this morning there was a standoff between a man on top of a VTA train in San Jose and Santa Clara County Sheriff's deputies early Thursday morning tied up traffic and delayed the morning commute along the train's route.









VTA began operating two bus bridges, one between between the Mountain View and Alum Rock stations and the other between Baypointe and Civic Center stations, to assist with commuters.

Could it be that he is traumatized?
