Kim Jong Un , the North Korean leader said that the country would not use a nuclear weapon unless its sovereignty is threatened by "invasive hostile forces with nuclear weapons" .
Kim spoke about the country's weapons development in a 15 mins speech, saying they had "elevated our respect to the world and enemies."
