Extreme driving by an inpatient driver damages parked van

This unknown driver has got no chill.

When trying to overtake a parked van, most drivers would slow down and edge past slowly.

But one motorist appeared to decide they would try and drive over the obstacle instead of around it, with disastrous results.

Footage shared by Shulem Stern on Twitter from RCUK's CCTV cameras shows the mini approach the van on Oldhill Street in Hackney at about 6.15pm on Friday.

The car comes to a halt, teetering on two wheels, before reversing and driving forward, leaving the shattered vehicle in its wake.

A photo taken of the aftermath showed the van with a smashed front window and badly dented bodywork over the wheel.
